Housing prices jumped in every category as demand remained strong in November 2020 according to CoreLogic Home Price Index Report (CoreLogic)
National home prices jumped 8.2% annually in November 2020. This is the highest annual gain since March 2014
- LOWEST TIER: Saw the biggest growth with a 12% gain year-over-year
- HIGHEST TIER: Saw the smallest growth but was still up 8.4% from November 2019
MIDDLE AMERICA VOLATILITY: Idaho led all 50 states with 15.7% annual growth. At the low end, North Dakota saw the smallest increase in home prices with only 3.8% growth.
PREDICTIONS: The HPI predicts that November 2021 will see 2.1% growth which is obviously down from this year and is down from November 2019 which saw 3.7% growth.
